Total week miles: 3. I know. Weeks 9 – 15 are going to rock. Promise.
Next weekend’s long run is going to be a challenge, but I’m determined to make it happen. I’m going to be at a wedding in Aspen. I’m very excited for what promises to be an amazing event, but I’m very nervous about the whole running at significant altitude thing. The plan is to up my already significant daily consumption of nuun, and to slow things down. And try not to drink too many glasses of wine on Friday night. Any other tips?
On to a week of sticking (at least somewhat) to my training plan. Ready to run!
